What changed. Why it matters.

About Insider

Behind every company headline is one question: what does it change?

What is changing at public companies and why it matters to shareholders. Short analysis and digests: the event → possible consequences → what to watch next.

Insider explains events at public companies in plain words. A leadership change, new debt, an earnings report or an operational risk — we explain what happened, how it could affect the business and what to check next.

Major events get their own analysis. Smaller but useful changes are collected in digests across companies. Every article links its sources; we separate facts from assumptions and call the unknown unknown.

For anyone who wants to understand the companies they follow without reading dozens of filings.

How we prepare articles

We regularly collect official company documents — SEC filings, current reports, insider transactions — and keep the originals with their history. AI extracts facts with exact quotes and writes a draft. Automatic checks match every number and date to a quote from the original source, and an editorial check decides whether the article is ready to publish.

What we do not do

We do not give investment advice, sell signals or courses, or predict share prices. "Insider" in our name refers to officially disclosed trades by executives and major holders, not to non-public information.
